order processing or from inquiries is shared with
any other company or website. Your information is
used to contact you when necessary to process your
order, or to provide news, special offers or
invitations to participate in customer surveys or
testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving non-order

Credit Card information is only
used to bill you for products and services ordered.

that you are connected to Cupcake Craving and
encrypts personal information to protect it from
interception.
Pick Up & Delivery
We will use our best efforts to
have the order ready for pick up or to deliver your
order in the day and time you have indicated. If we
cannot provide the service you have requested, we
will contact you to make alternate arrangements
within 24 hours of receiving your order. For pick
up orders, if we do not have your order ready at the
indicated time, we will make arrangements to deliver
it to you. For deliveries, if the recipient is not
available to accept the order, we will leave the
cupcakes at the premises if in our judgment the
location and weather conditions are conducive to do
so. To the extent we cannot leave the cupcakes at
the premises and have to return for a subsequent
delivery, there will be an additional delivery
charge or the cupcakes can be picked up at the Howe
‘bout Arden location to avoid such a subsequent
delivery charge.
At this time we do not ship
cupcakes and limit our deliveries to the zip codes
indicated on website. If you would like delivery to
a location not provided on our site, you may call
Cupcake Craving at 916-923-5995 to inquire as to
whether we can accommodate your location.
Refunds
At Cupcake Craving, we offer a
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you
are not fully satisfied with your order, we will
either provide you with additional cupcakes equal to
the value of your order or provide you a refund.
Your request for additional cupcakes or a refund
must be communicated to us within 24 hours of your
receipt of the order. All refunds will be provided
in the form a credit to the card used at the time of
purchase. We will process your refund within 48
hours of receipt of your refund request.
